Query System and Portal

QEA energy auditing software user interface is simple and user-friendly and with few keys (following steps), you will be able to generate your reports.

  1. Visit qeatech.com and click on Client Login
  2. Enter your User-ID and Password.
  3. Select building
  4. Select the energy audit report for:
    1. Building
    2. Floor
    3. Unit
    4. One specific image.
  1. If you select a specific image
    1. Select a unit within the image then a series of small images (thumbnails) belongs to that unit will appear. You can zoom into an enlarge version of its digital, infrared (IR) or a combination of both (MSX). The following details are available for each thumbnail:
      1. Negawatt amount
      2. Leak detection images and statistics
      3. Different pallets
      4. Rate, maximum and minimum temperature, reflected temperature, temperature range, and other data points
  2. You have the ability to generate different reports and the ability to save, print and email every report.

Consolidated Report

The QEA Tech team uses our energy auditing software to provide conclusions and recommendations. We have provided a consolidated report for the overall building as well as each predetermined zone and floor.

In addition, the QEA Tech team evaluates whether retrofit or repair projects are cost effective considering the energy loss and potential savings that results from retrofit or repairs. This analysis addresses:

  • Which repairs will yield the highest ROI?
  • Which repair projects are mandatory vs. discretionary?
  • What is the monthly cost from energy leakage in a given zone if no action is taken?
  • What is the ROI, Life Cycle Cost (LCC), Net Present Value (NPV), Project cost, Present Value, Internal Rate of Return of retrofits and repairs?

  • Proprietary algorithm calculates every image pixel into energy loss value (i.e., Negawatt).
